The sandwich is typically filled with various keto-friendly ingredients such as avocado, bacon, cheese, deli meat, tomatoes, etc. To make a Keto bell pepper sandwich, you slice the bell pepper in half, remove the seeds and membranes, then fill it with the desired ingredients.
